Located in the Southeast section of the city at the corner of Templin Street and Arizona Street.

The five acre park sits along the east bank of the South Umpqua River and is a favorite spot for local residents to enjoy water related activities.  The park consists of a single improved boat launch ramp, restrooms and vehicle and boat trailer parking.  The majority of the park is in the riparian zone of the river, resulting in a mostly natural environment. 

Located on the southern boundary of Templin Beach Park is the Happy Tails Dog Park.  This one acre dog park is a fenced, off leash dog area, that provides a safe area for dogs to exercise and socialize.
