Beulah Park is a 6.85-acre park located in northeast Roseburg; off Beulah Avenue between Lincoln Street and Nash Street.

This quite neighborhood park consists of approximately 2 acres of open grass area and 4.85 acres of native green space. Within the developed portion of the park there is a full basketball court, swing, children's play equipment, paved trail, and picnic tables.  The park provides an outstanding view of downtown Roseburg.
