The City of Roseburg is in the process of building a new Public Safety Center.  The 42,000 square foot facility is located on the north side of Douglas between Stephens and Rose.  The facility will house the Police Department and the Fire Department’s downtown station and administration.  The Public Safety Center will also serve as the Emergency Operations Center for the City of Roseburg.

Construction began in the spring of 2008 and the facility is expected to be complete by July 1, 2009.
